RULES

♦ By commissioning me you agree to these terms, regardless if you've read them or not!
♦ Prices shown are base prices, they are subject to rise depending on the character and specifics requested by the customer.
♦ Please make sure you have the payment ready when you contact me for a commission.
♦ For Safety reasons, I will not accept commissions from minors. 18+ ONLY. Sorry for any inconvenience that may cause.
♦ I have the right to refuse to work with someone if I feel uncomfortable or my queue is too full.
♦ Please have a digital ref sheet ready (Flat colour preferred)

INTELECTUAL RIGHTS

♦ You may not use my work to make a profit.
♦ I have the right to post my work to any/all social media. If this is something you want private, it will need to be discussed before payment.
♦ All finished pieces you’ve received from me are allowed to be reposted, as long as correct credit is given.
♦ If the artwork isn't for you, or of you, then you are not allowed to reupload to any website.
♦ Do not make any edits to my original image without my permission.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS

♦ You can request a refund if you waited 60 days or more and you didn't get anything from me.
♦ You can ask for minimal changes once I finish your commission like eye colors, some small markings, etc.
♦ You can ask for WIPs for each step (sketch, lineart, base color) in the moment you decide to commission me.

PAYMENT

♦ I don’t issue refunds unless 60 days has passed since you ordered with no progress. As soon as I receive payment I will work to complete your commission, and once it’s done I cannot refund for any reason.
♦ I use paypal invoices (USD) for payment. I can also accept SPECIAL payment from Ko-fi.
♦ Invoices must be paid within 48 hours otherwise I will cancel them.
♦ Paypal will convert your currency to mine automatically!
♦ Refunds will not be given if an image is already complete.

TIPS

Tips are not necessary at all, however if you do feel like you want to leave a little something extra you can leave a tip through this link (however please make sure to add a note so I know what the payment is).
